Worldwide shipping

We ship from Morocco to Europe, North Africa and worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days with tracked, insured delivery. European delivery typically takes 4–8 business days; other destinations 7–14.

Duties & taxes

EU orders may be subject to local import VAT on delivery. Any duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Reach out on WhatsApp before ordering if you’d like an estimate for your country.

Returns & exchanges

In-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags, for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is arranged by the customer. Because each piece is made in tiny numbers, we recommend confirming your size with us first — we’re glad to help.

One-of-one & made-to-order

One-of-one and custom pieces are crafted specifically for you and are final sale. If anything arrives not as described, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
